The following default options are available if you are using investigation tools during the investigation:

• 5 Whys
• Brainstorming
• Cause and Effect Diagram
• Check Sheet
• Fall Tree
• Fishbone
• Flow Chart
• Histogram
• Pareto Chart
• Run/Control Chart
• Traditional Narrative
• Other

If needed, more options can be added, or existing options can be removed or renamed.

User Rights

The above options are configured under SmartSolve’s List Manager. The following rights must be assigned to a user to manage or view the List Manager:

Rights	Description
LST_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to access the List Manager workspace.
